Your records are yours

Each church’s records are kept apart from every other church’s. They’re never sold, and never used for advertising.

Giving

Who gave what is seen only by the finance team (the owner, admins and finance) and the giver. Other staff see totals.

Chats

Chats are private to the people in them. Church leaders, the owner included, can’t read them. They aren’t end-to-end encrypted, so we can be required by law to disclose them.

Mail

Mail a member writes to the church is seen by them and the pastoral team.

When Zera’s team looks

To keep people safe, our team may look at posts, members-only ones too, but never chats. Every look is logged, and the owner can see in Settings how many items we looked at this month.

Download or delete

The owner and admins can download all your church’s records at any time, from Settings, under Export our data.

Ask us to delete information, and we remove it from our active systems within 30 days, unless the law says some records must be kept.
